Family Plan:
One child under 12 years old sharing the same bed with parent is Free of charge. When extra bed is required, an additional extra bed rate is applied. Only one extra bed can be accommodated in each bedroom. No triple adult share is allowed.
Deposit & Cancellation :
To hold a reservation, a 50 % deposit is required within 10 days from the reservation date placed. One night cancellation charge will be applied for reservation canceled within 35 days before arrival date, and 2 nights charge for cancellation within 17 days before arrival date. This policy does not apply for high season months, when cancellation is made within 25 days prior to arrival date, all deposit paid is to cover cancellation charge.
Term of payment :
50 % deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the balance of charges to be settled by 10 days to guest arrival. No Credits Facilities available. Payment instruction will be specified on each invoice. No Check payment is accepted.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
