The rate includes airport transfer but not the breakfast. Price for breakfast net per person:

* Indonesian breakfast @ US$7/person
* Continental Breakfast @ US$6/person
Minimum period of staying on high season is 7 days and 3 days for low season. Maximum person for 3 bedroom villa is 6 person and 4 person for 2 bedroom villa.
Extra person/Extra bed will be charged at US$25 net/person/night (maximum 2 extra bed in each villa). Free of charge baby cots for maximum 1 baby cots for each villa.
Payment policy:
Full payment must be done 14 days prior to arrival. A-non refundable deposit of 50% is required to guarantee the booking ten days after we confirmed reservation. The deposit is valid for period of 1 year since the booking date with same client's name.
The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
