All prices are quoted in US$ (US Dollars), unless specified otherwise.
All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 06, 2007 - July 09, 2007 and September 10, 2007 - December 19, 2007)

High Season Validity: July 10, 2007 until September 09, 2007)

Peak Season (Validity: December 20, 2007 until January 05, 2008)

Rates are nett, inclusive of tax and service charges.
4 Bedroom Villa rates are inclusive of daily American Breakfast for 8 people.
3 Bedroom Villa rates are inclusive of daily Continental Breakfast for 6 people.
Stay 7 nights on normal season at 3 Bedroom Villa only pay for 6 nights.
Minimum stay on high/peak season is 7 nights.
Special Venue e.g. Wedding, Anniversary, and Birthday Party, minimum stay of 5 nights on normal season and 7 nights on high/peak season.
sienna Villas are fully staffed with housemaids and 24hr security.
TV Room couches in 4 Bedroom Villa may be used as beds for children under 12 years without extra cost.
Maximum number of adults is six in 3 Bedroom Villa and eight in 4 Bedroom Villa.
All rooms have king-sized beds. Extra beds can be provided in rooms at a cost of US$ 25/bed/night.
Baby cost at US$ 5/night. Extra meals will be charged to guest's personal account.
Babysitting service available at US$5/hour up until 7PM and US$7/hour after 7PM.
Airport Transport: US$ 7/car/way (max for 4 persons).

Payment Details and Cancellation policy;
* Bookings are only confirmed with a 50% deposit and confirmed flight details. Balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be non-refundable if: (1) No notice is given (no show), (2) Cancellation is made within 33 days prior to arrival in Low season and with 63 days prior a rival in High/Peak season.

Check in time is 14.00 hours and check out time is 12.00 hours. Day use of the villa up until 6PM will be charged at 50% of room rate.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
