All rates are per room per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 11 - July 14, and September 16 - December 09, 2007)

High Season (Validity: July 15 - September 15 and December 10, 2007 - January 10, 2008)

The above rates are inclusive of:
* Daily breakfast
* Welcome drink
* Cold towel
* Fruit basket & Fresh flower in the room

Villa Policy;
* Maximum two persons in one bedroom
* Check in time: 03.00 pm, check out time: 12.00 noon
* Late check out up to 18.00 hours equals to 50% charge, after 18.00 hours equals to 100% charge

Optional Charges:
* Airport Transfer is: 12/car/way
* Extra Bed at US$ 35 net/night inclusive of Breakfast
* Additional breakfast at US$ 30 net/room/night

Payment & Cancellation Policy;
* Deposit: 50% when reservation is confirmed
* Final Payment: must been received 14 days prior to arrival
* Cancellation Policy:
- 25 days before arrival >> 30% of total night charge
- 17 days before arrival >> 50% of total night charge
- 10 days before arrival >> 100% of total night charge
- No Show >> 100% of total night charge

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
