All prices are quoted in US$ (US Dollars), unless specified otherwise.
All rates are per room per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 08 - July 19, 2007 and Sept 16 - Dec 19, 2007)

High Season (Validity: July 20 - Sept 15, 2007 and Dec 20, 2007 - January 07, 2008)

The above Rates are inclusive of Breakfast cooked and served in the Villa. Airport transfer; US$ 12/car/way for max 4 persons.

3rd person under 10 years old sharing with parents using existing bed at complimentary basis or if extra bed is required, it will be charged at US$ 15net/bed/night with breakfast. 3rd person above 10 years old share with parents using extra be at US$ 30net/night with breakfast.

* Complimentary free flow of mineral water in the villa
* Complimentary coffee and tea facilities
* Complimentary Shuttle from and to Kuta are based on schedule

Honeymoon Benefits:
a. Honeymoon decoration in the villa
b. Honeymoon Fruit and Flower arrangement upon arrival
c. A bottle of selected Wine upon arrival

Check In/Out Time Policy:
* Normal check-in time is at 14.00 hours
* Normal check-out time is at 12 hours. for day use until 18.00 hours will be charged at 50% from the rate and beyond 18.00 hours will be considered as extended stay, at full charge rate.

Cancellation:
* Cancellation made within 17 days of arrival in Low season and within 25 days of arrival in high season, result in the forfeiture of 1 night's accommodation.
* No show without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee.
* Special bookings made in High season, for arrivals within December 24th - January 1st must be for a minimum of 3 nights stay (And a 50% non-refundable deposit should be made directly upon booking).

Payment Procedures:
A full prepayment minimum 1 night stay is required to secure your reservation. This must be received by the latest 10 days during low season or 17 days during high season period prior to arrival.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
