All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 08 - June 19, and September 08 - December 19, 2007)

High Season Validity: July 20, 2007 until September 07, 2007)

Peak Season (Validity: December 20, 2007 until January 07, 2008)

Those Rates include:
* Daily breakfast
* Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival
* Daily complimentary afternoon tea in the Villa
* Daily flower bath (on request)
* Free private car for drop in and pick up to Seminyak, Kuta beach, and Mall Bali Galleria
* Check out gift (Balinese gamelan ball)
* Flower bouquet and wine for Honeymooners
* Free late check out till 18.00
* Free 15 minutes welcome massage
* Free 1 hour massage for minimum 3 nights stay

Room Rate Condition:
* Minimum 2 nights stay is required

Deposit:
* Deposit must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Children Policy:
Children under 5 years old are free of charge, age of 6 to 12 years old pay 50%, children above 12 years old pay full rate.

Additional breakfast: US$ 11/person
Extra person surcharge: US$ 50/night (depending on age) including daily breakfast and all benefits
Extra Bed: maximum 1 extra bed per villa is free.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy:
Check-in time is 14.00 noon
Check-out time is 15.00 noon, guarantee. Every effort will be made to accommodate request for late check-out until 18.00 at no extra charge.
Half day charge to guarantee late check out after 18.00 pm, based on availability.

Cancellation Policy:
* Any cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival date subject to 1 night cancellation fee.
* No show arrival subject to 100& cancellation fee from total night's room reserved.

Payment Policy;
* 50& deposit to secure reservation
* Full payment must be settled 14 days prior to arrival

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
