All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 06, 2007 - June 30, 2007 and September 01, 2007 - December 19, 2007)

High Season Validity: July 01, 2007 until August 31, 2007)

Peak Season (Validity: December 21, 2007 until January 05, 2008)

All rates inclusive of government tax, service & daily breakfast. Extra Bed: US$ 15.
Airport Transfer / Pick up: US$ 10/car (maximum for persons).

Payment;
50% deposit to secure your reservation
Full payment is 14 days prior to arrival

Cancellation / No Show Charges:
Cancellation should be received by us at the latest 5 days prior arrival. In the event that this written notice is not received within the time stated, and in the event that the guests do not show, the deposit/full payment will be forfeited automatically.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
